Our client is seeking a SEO Lead to join their team What you'll be doing?

  • Lead a talented team: Guide and inspire a team of SEO specialists, conducting performance reviews and ensuring individual and team KPIs are met.

  • Develop winning strategies: Create and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies that drive results for clients.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, sharing insights with your team and clients.

  • Build client relationships: Participate in client pitches and ongoing conversations, tailoring SEO strategies to meet their unique needs.

  • Drive performance: Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery of work.

  • Innovate and improve: Develop efficient SEO workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and tool integration.

Who are they looking for?

  • SEO expertise: You have at least 4 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, with a strong focus on SEO.

  • Leadership skills: You've successfully managed a digital marketing team for 2 or more years.

  • Technical proficiency: You're hands-on with organic search platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SE Ranking.

  • Content creation: You can craft effective content for websites, meta descriptions, and blog articles.

  • Collaborative spirit: You work well with cross-functional teams and can communicate SEO strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset: You have a knack for interpreting data and making informed decisions based on analytics.
