**Job Description**:
SEO Manager is required to have solid and up-to-date organic search tactics and will lead Verz SEO team to establish effective SEO plans and strategies to be aligned with the objective of the business to improve the company's and clients' website search engine results, including organic search rankings, qualified organic traffic, organic conversions, etc, execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify SEO trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
He/She will be part of the day-to-day execution and maintenance of SEO campaign strategies, including keyword research, analysis, portfolioo/case studies management, and opportunity analysis.
He/She will work closely with the developers and our Sales team to communicate technical and campaign details to our clients and implement the initiatives underlying the SEO strategy.
The SEO manager will be responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance and evolution of the SEO strategy to achieve KPIs determined by the client and/or the Company.
He/She will work to generate link-building opportunities that increase the company's and clients' website authority, trust, and credibility, perform technical SEO and create content strategies for the website.
He/She will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists, providing training and guidance, taking care of team education, training, and motivation, participating in meetings with clients and team members, delegating tasks as well as working closely with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Establish effective SEO plans and strategies to be aligned with the objective of the business to improve the company's and clients' website search engine results including organic search rankings, qualified organic traffic, organic conversions, etc. Execute SEO strategies to to achieve maximum ROI.
Onsite Optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO Copy Writing/Editing, website sitemaps/Structure/Content review/maintenance
Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy.
Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
Manage & report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing basis.
Work with developers to develop and execute site migration, content, and redirect strategies for large and complex websites.
Keep abreast of the latest SEO tools and techniques, communicate learnings, and coach SEO coordinators in a mentoring and leadership role
Skilled in competitive analysis and identifying strategies both in On-Page & Off PagBacklinksnk to facilitate our clients in optimizing their SEO keywords ranking
Collaborate with different teams, such as website management, content, UI design, and digital marketing team othe n execution of projects
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pageThe supportrt Sales team in SEO pre-sales pitch with prospecting clients to explain SEO campaign strategies

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of s technical SEO experience working with clients in different industries

Excellent time management and project management, communication,on and leadership skills required

Tactical/Technical SEO implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites and migration of sites

In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console tools and technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRushd Ahref, etcTechnicalal SEO skills, including but not limited toa passive knowledge of HTML and CSS, JavaScript SEOan, expert in schema markup, familiar with Core Web Vitals and page speed improvements, Log file analysis,

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred

Expectations:
SEO Manger is responsible for leading SEO team to establish solid SEO strategy and plan to optimize Verz SEO campaign as well as clients' SEO projects.

Formulate A/B testig, recommend different experiments with SEO techniques to improve focused keywords ranking of Verz SEO campaign each month
