Job Description of Client Solutions Associate
We are seeking a Client Solutions Associate to join our Singapore team. This role is primarily focused on supporting client engagement programs and strengthening relationships with corporate partners. You will coordinate and execute initiatives that drive utilization, satisfaction, and long-term impact for clients.
Additionally, as we build our presence in Singapore, you will also take on a scope in brand/PR support, representing ThoughtFull in local activations, media, and partnership initiatives to ensure our visibility and voice in the market.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, has strong coordination skills, and thrives on both client impact and brand storytelling.
What you will do:
Client Solutions & Engagement
Support the planning and execution of client engagement initiatives (webinars, workshops, booths, activations).
Coordinate logistics, timelines, and communications to ensure seamless delivery.
Help prepare post-event/client reports and track utilization feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Clinical, Marketing) to ensure client needs are met.
Assist in nurturing client communities and networks to drive utilization and satisfaction.
Marketing & Brand/PR Support
Act as the on-ground brand representative for local events and activations in Singapore.
Coordinate small-scale PR and media outreach with local partners.
Support the creation of localized content (e.g., posters, case studies, event recaps, partner mentions).
Ensure consistent representation of ThoughtFull's brand in all client-facing initiatives.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate and up-to-date client data.
Track engagement metrics, feedback, and outcomes to support reporting and insights.
Provide regular updates on client utilization, campaign performance, and follow-ups.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in client servicing, partnerships, events, or marketing support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, reporting tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Passion for mental health and wellness is a strong plus.
