Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, with experience applying these skills to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for applications such as [e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems].
- Work with large datasets to train, validate, and test machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML techniques and technologies.
- Build and maintain automated pipelines for data preprocessing, training, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor and improve model performance using tools like MLFlow, TensorBoard, etc.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML models into web or mobile applications.
- Experience with LLMs, Transformers, or Generative AI.
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation.
