Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Partner with the best

As Hydrogen Market Development and Program Manager APAC, you will contribute to define the Hydrogen strategy for Baker Hughes. Your focus will be bringing market knowledge and customer perspective. You will also be leading the execution of technology and customers' programs to ensure a proper implementation of such strategy.

As a Hydrogen Market Development and Program Manager APAC, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with all relevant BH teams to support, coordinate and lead activities in connection with strategic projects, funding initiatives and associations.

  • Completing BH positioning through partnerships, leading activities to explore, setup and manage cooperation and partnerships.

  • Providing input to define value proposition from a technical and economic standpoint toward end-users.

  • Working directly with customers and in coordination with the sales team to position and promote Baker Hughes Hydrogen technologies, solutions and services, by identifying the best technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Coordinating cross-functional support for budget proposals and qualification with customers. Interact in early stages of project development to increase generate demand and increase market penetration for Baker Hughes solutions, building a long-term pipeline of solid opportunities.

  • Managing project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plans.

  • Identifying all risks linked to each project and program lead and setting up and executing the required activities.

Fuel your passion

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited technical university.

  • Have relevant customer interface experience, with strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Have in depth experience in key areas for turbomachinery technologies: selection, design, packaging, operation/service.

  • Have an Application engineer background is preferred.

  • Able to demonstrate experience in the energy industry especially in hydrogen.

  • Able to demonstrate experience on Customer scouting and engagement, Project Management, Innovation, Business Development, Strategy.

  • Be commercially savvy, aptitude for building relationships, understanding of customer requirements and market conditions, ability to negotiate to find win-win solutions.
