Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist and Client Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is pivotal in driving business growth through IT contracting and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and delivery execution within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT contracting and staff augmentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and client-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
Client Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into effective staffing solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements.
Delivery & Execution
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of deployed consultants and contractors.
  • Resolve delivery issues and escalate concerns proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on delivery metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in IT staffing, contracting, or professional services sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end client relationships and delivery cycles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
