[What the role is]
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service () aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.[What you will be working on]
Overview
The Health Promotion Board's vision is to make Singapore a nation of healthier people. Come be a part of this journey if you're passionate about creating boundary-pushing work that drives behavioral change.
You will be part of HPB's Integrated Outreach (Central) team, which strives to implement Health Promoting Towns in Singapore to improve Singaporeans' health outcomes by creating healthy living environments and activating communities to play a role in preventive healthcare. We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) Executive for a 6-month role within the Health Promoting Town (HPT) Initiative. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to gain invaluable professional experience in large-scale project management.
Scope
As a key member of the PMO, you will play a vital role in driving project success and ensuring smooth execution across all project phases. The PMO team provides strategic oversight, central coordination, and decision support for HPT-related deliverables at both Steering and Working Committee meetings, including coordination with external stakeholders such as clusters and MOH.
You will monitor project progress, milestones and deliverables actively. You will prepare progress reports to senior management, promptly flagging potential delays and strategic misalignments for timely decision-making.
You will serve as a central point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, including MOH and clusters. This involves navigating different working styles and priorities to keep the project on track.
You will work steadfastly to ensure all deliverables are met on time, managing your own workload and supporting the team to achieve project deadlines.
