Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in conducting research and assessment of warehousing projects to identify opportunities, risks, and operational requirements.
  • Develop strategic cooperation plans aligned with business objectives。
  • Lead the implementation and day-to-day operational management of warehousing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster collaboration with key partners and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships to support operational goals.
  • Co-ordinate cross-functional teams and integrate resources to optimise logistics and warehousing processes.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Analyse performance metrics, report project outcomes to senior management, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards within warehousing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5-7 years' relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management, with proven experience in warehousing project delivery and operational management.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team, with the ability to drive team performance and achieve objectives.
  • Proficient in project management, with a successful track record of leading warehousing projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at managing partnerships and internal coordination.
  • Strong capability in data analysis, risk assessment, and practical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
  • Strong leadership qualities, able to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective coordination with overseas teams or service providers.
