Job Details (Here's what you can expect)

  • 6 days' work week (8 hours per day)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive deliveries of linen, chemicals, guest amenities, and stocks; verify against purchase orders and update records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory using the hotel's control system, integrating both manual and robotic dispatch records.
  • Prepare and load linen and cleaning robots for automated delivery to guest floors and pantries.
  • Segregate robot-ready stock (packaged for automation) from manually issued stock.
  • Monitor robotic supply runs, verify completion, and reconcile deliveries with requisitions.
  • Liaise with Assistant Housekeeper / Duty Manager for robot maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure chemicals are labeled, stored, and handled safely, with MSDS compliance.
  • Conduct daily and monthly stock counts; prepare audit-ready reports.
  • Implement sustainability measures by tracking chemical usage, reducing waste, and supporting eco-friendly alternatives.
  • Train staff on safe loading of robots with chemicals, linen, and guest supplies.
  • Maintain storerooms in clean, hygienic, and secure condition.
  • Provide emergency stock support and cross-train with other housekeeping functions as required.
  • Any other duties within reasonable scope assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in storekeeping or housekeeping preferred.
  • Basic English literacy and ability to use inventory systems.
  • Physically fit to handle stock movement.
  • Comfortable with technology, automation, and robotics operations.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and organized.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
