Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact and engage with adolescent patients visiting the clinic.
  • Accompany the Medical Social Worker on field visits when required.
  • Handle email and phone enquiries related to the adolescent mental health programme.
  • Maintain and update programme data and records accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Support the Medical Social Worker in case management tasks, patient profiling, and project-related activities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Social Work or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in social services or healthcare settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism.
