Job description

General description:

Conduct various testing on controllers and panels prior to final approval and shipping to the customer. This is a potentially hazardous assignment and proper PPE and training is required to successfully work in this area. Both skilled entry level or gaining on the job training through the plant floor are acceptable paths.

Reports to: Team Lead – Tester

Supervisor

Requirements : To monitor testing of panels and controls

Experience with electrical circuits and troubleshooting is a must

Interpreting schematics

To monitor Thermography testing

To document all testing including computers, logs and cameras

Follow written procedures for the testing program

Follow LOTO procedures

Documentation requirements (paper & electronic)

Follow router sheets

Connect and disconnect various cables and connections
