Job Description
General Description:
Conduct various testing on controllers and panels prior to final approval and shipping to the customer. This is a potentially hazardous assignment; proper PPE and training are required to work safely in this area. Both skilled entry-level candidates and those gaining on-the-job training through the plant floor are acceptable paths.
Reports To:
Team Lead – Tester Supervisor
Requirements:
Monitor testing of panels and controls
Experience with electrical circuits and troubleshooting
Interpreting schematics
Monitor Thermography testing
Document all testing, including using computers, logs, and cameras
Follow written procedures for the testing program
Follow LOTO procedures
Maintain documentation (paper & electronic)
Follow router sheets
Connect and disconnect various cables and connections
