Job Description&Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BlM Engineer to join our construction team in SingaporeAs a BlM Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BuildingInformation Models (BlM) for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating witharchitects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of BlMprocesses throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate BlM models for construction projects.

Coordinate with project teams to integrate BlM models across various disciplines (architecture,structural, MEP, etc.).

Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and BlM protocols.

Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BlM models.

Provide technical support and training to project teams on BlM software and processes.

Assist in the preparation of documentation, drawings, and reports related to BlM models

Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as a BlM Engineer in the construction industry

Proficiency in BlM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale construction projects in Singapore.

Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards,

Certification in BlM management or relevant software tools,

.Hands-on experience with M&E systems related to boilers or waste management facilities.
