Central Region, Singapore Levels Plus Pte Ltd Full time

Levels is a fast-growing furniture tech company that designs and builds custom furniture faster than anyone else in Singapore. As we expand, we're looking for a Retail Associate that has an aptitude for design to join our young and growing team.

Job scope

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to clients both in-store and through online channels
  • Translating customer needs into customised furniture recommendations
  • Manage the entire design-to-production pipeline from sales handover to factory-ready drawings.

What we're looking for

  • Ability to communicate well in English.
  • Retail experience and knowledge of 3D design.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute to various aspects of the business
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays

Bonus if you

  • Knowledge of tools, fittings, and assembly methods for furniture.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or furniture assembly.
  • Background in interior design, carpentry, industrial design, architecture, or furniture design
