Overview

We're seeking a Client Onboarding Assistant to support the smooth onboarding of new clients, administrative coordination and internal follow-ups. Perfect for fresh grads who enjoy structured workflows and client-facing support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client onboarding processes and documentation
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure seamless handover and setup
  • Maintain trackers, client records and onboarding progress logs
  • Help organise onboarding sessions, meetings or training schedules
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for clients

Requirements

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable handling administrative, client-facing and coordination tasks
  • No prior experience needed; full training provided
