About the Role

DUO Motoring is expanding We're looking for a proactive and driven Client Acquisition Executive to grow our customer base for both new and pre-owned cars. You'll play a key role in reaching out to new prospects, understanding their car-buying needs, and guiding them through the purchase journey — from enquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and social media enquiries
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options and financing packages
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from first contact to closing the deal
  • Coordinate with marketing to run lead-generation and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets set by the management
  • Stay updated with COE trends, financing rates, and automotive market developments

Requirements

  • "N" Levels or equivalent preferred (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated to hit sales targets
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
  • Passion for cars and a good understanding of the local car market is a plus
