  • Able to problem solve and to make decision on ways to decrease cycle times and increase efficiency of setups
  • Carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality
  • Work together as a team with other departments
  • Do ISO documents and to follow up with night shift staffs
  • Maintain continuity among working teams by documenting and communicating actions
