- Has minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing in engineering production industry
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with staff
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Has relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-conductor, precision engineering industry
- Has CNC Milling and CNC Turning experience and knowledge
- Has CAM Program knowledge
Has car driving license
Able to manage machinists, programmers, coordinate with Sales and Production team
Able to process Management Plan and operation
- Work according to production plan and to maintain operational efficiency
- Monitor all production parts and to ensure all of the production process following the standard procedures
- Able to problem solve and to make decision on ways to decrease cycle times and increase efficiency of setups
- Carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality
- Work together as a team with other departments
- Do ISO documents and to follow up with night shift staffs
- Maintain continuity among working teams by documenting and communicating actions
