Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
  • Follow a prepared script and sales pitch to engage prospects.
  • Generate leads and arrange sales appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and handle basic customer inquiries.

Expectations

  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand image.
  • Be punctual and reliable for scheduled work hours.
  • Maintain a positive and persuasive attitude on calls.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and training.

Skills Needed

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with strangers over the phone.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Sales or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required).
  • Good time management and self-discipline for part-time work.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship, Student job
