Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

· Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

· Act as the key liaison with government agencies (e.g., MOM, NEA, SCDF) on WSH matters.

  • Familiar with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Requirements:

· Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.

· Registered WSH Officer with MOM (Singapore).

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in a WSH role, preferably in construction.

· Knowledge of relevant WSH legislation, codes of practice, and safety management systems (e.g., ISO

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and lead safety initiatives.

· Proficient in incident reporting and safety documentation.
