Key Responsibilities (for Department):


• To assist in the day to day administrative works and operations of the Production Department.


• Prepare daily and monthly production report.


• Upload daily production data for authorities.


• Perform data entry, verify documents and ensure accuracy of data documents


• Maintain proper record and filing for department.


• Assist in stock take when required.


• Maintain an effective communication between shifts


• Daily administration duties as given by HOD.

Job Requirements:


• Minimum GCE 'N'/ 'O level / ITE


• Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably with experience in manufacturing industry


• Willing to learn, On-Job training will be provided if necessary


• PC Literate


• Able to  work independently and work as part of a team.
