Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new customers through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, networking and industry engagement.
  • Build and own a sales portfolio that sets out the strategy to achieve your key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with the company's new and existing CRM solutions, features and integrations to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Identify customer's business challenges and craft tailored CRM demonstrations and presentations that showcase value and ROI.
  • Initiate and drive solution-focused activities in line with business goals.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and business processes to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Deliver CRM solution demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs) and configuration workshops.
  • Create and present CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline workflows, and improve sales productivity.

  • You possess a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
  • You have a strong grounding in CRM, sales automation, or customer experience platforms and understand how technology drives business growth.
  • You have knowledge in sales process optimization, lead management, data analytics, workflow automation, or customer journey mapping.
  • You can build relationships with prospective customers using various prospecting and consultative techniques.
  • You are professional, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
  • You are self-motivated, self-driven and proactive in achieving results.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • You are confident working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
