About the Role

A new private preschool located near Lentor MRT is looking for a passionate and dedicated L2 Chinese Teacher to join the founding team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys shaping young minds, creating engaging learning experiences, and growing together with a new centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver Chinese language lessons for preschool children
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
  • Develop age-appropriate learning materials and activities that support holistic development
  • Observe, document, and assess children's progress and development
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and the Centre Leader to ensure quality curriculum delivery
  • Uphold ECDA standards and ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations

Requirements

  • ECDA-certified L2 (LON) Chinese Teacher
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting preferred
  • Strong passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners
  • Good communication and classroom management skills
  • Team player with a positive and caring attitude
