**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**:Plan and execute age-appropriate, engaging Chinese lessons aligned with the center’s curriculum and MOE/ECDA guidelines.
Incorporate interactive activities such as storytelling, songs, and games to enhance language acquisition.
- **Classroom Management**:Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
Manage daily routines and transitions smoothly to maintain structure and minimize disruptions.
- **Child Development Support**:Monitor and document children’s progress in Chinese language skills and overall development.
Provide individualized support to help children meet learning milestones.
- **Parent and Team Collaboration**:Communicate regularly with parents on children’s progress and suggest strategies to reinforce learning at home.
Work closely with other teachers and staff to plan events, thematic activities, and celebrations.
- **Professional Growth and Compliance**:Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices.
Ensure compliance with ECDA licensing and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Care and Education (Chinese Language) and an L2 teaching certification recognized by ECDA.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in teaching young children is preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Mandarin with good communication skills.
- **Skills**: Creativity, patience, and strong classroom management abilities.
