Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, focusing on:

  • Factory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with our factory and production team, clearly communicating customer needs, order volumes, and quality standards.
  • Order Management & Follow-up: Meticulously track and manage all customer orders from pickup through to delivery, ensuring timely processing at every stage (washing, pressing, packing, etc.).
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Regularly check in on orders to ensure they meet our strict quality standards before they are dispatched.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues that may arise in the production or logistics chain.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all order statuses, production schedules, and delivery logs.

  • Meticulousness and Attention to Detail (CRITICAL): You must possess an exceptional level of detail-orientation. Nothing gets past you—you ensure every garment is accounted for and every instruction is followed perfectly.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, professional, and positive attitude is a must. You will be interacting with both factory staff and management, requiring clear, respectful, and effective communication.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize orders, and manage a fast-paced workflow efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: The ability to think quickly and logically under pressure to find practical solutions.

Qualifications & Benefits

  • Experience: Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a coordinator role is a plus, but not strictly required.
  • Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or above.
