Responsibilities:

  • Work in shifts of either 8AM-7:30PM or 8:00AM - 2:00PM or 3:30PM - 7:30PM on the days you work.
  • Verify items against delivery orders before dispatch.
  • Dispatch the food to the drivers according to Event Order number.
  • Coordinate with kitchen to ensure all items are ready and accurate.
  • Dispatch orders to couriers and delivery personnel.
  • Ensure that all warmers are set at the right temperature.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of the dispatch area.
  • Report any discrepancies in order quantity, quality, or packaging materials.
  • Handle last-minute adjustments or missing items swiftly and professionally.
  • Help to pack food when necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested of you from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Able to work early hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting
  • Team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Love for delighting customers.
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene
  • High level of initiative.
