What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee all project cost matters — from tender stage to final accounts.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Provide sound cost control and financial insights throughout each project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all works comply with contract terms, company procedures, and safety standards.
What You'll Bring
  • Singaporean only
  • Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
  • Min 4 years' experience with main contractor projects.
  • Solid grasp of construction contracts, measurement, and valuation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS-related software.
  • Experience in LTA projects is a plus
