Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Marketing Communication Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate, increase, and achieve passenger sales revenue targets across 11 markets in Asia and Oceania.
  • Develop market communication strategies, including managing digital platforms such as the company website and electronic direct marketing (eDM) initiatives.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Conduct regular analysis of media performance through data interpretation, reports, and market intelligence for strategic planning.
  • Lead market-specific strategies based on insights into market differentials, potentials, and trends.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with branch offices and external business partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Perform additional administrative functions as needed for related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years' of experience in marketing, website operations, or a related role.
  • Fundamental understanding of web design principles and HTML.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia and Oceania for business engagements.
  • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) operations.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in content management with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Ability to create basic graphic designs using tools such as Canva.
  • Proven track record of enhancing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Previous experience in the airline industry is an advantage.
