About the job Head of AI

We're seeking an experienced Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions for our e-commerce and gaming clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, strategy, and technical direction for AI initiatives, leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and other AI technologies to deliver business value and enhance customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop AI Strategy: Define and execute AI strategies that align with client business objectives, identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation and growth.
  2. Lead AI Teams: Manage and mentor cross-functional AI teams, including data scientists, engineers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
  3. Solution Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, including recommendation systems, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  4. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify AI opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.
  5. Technical Leadership: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI research, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  6. Data Management: Ensure effective data management practices, including data quality, governance, and security, to support AI solution development.
  7. Metrics and ROI: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI solution effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements:

  1. Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, with experience in languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
  2. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading AI teams, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce and gaming industries, including their unique challenges and opportunities.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation and growth.

Nice to Have:

  1. Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  2. Research Experience: Experience in AI research, with publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
  3. Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science.
