Singapore ACCUPIT INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Accupit Investment is an asset management company implementing next-generation investment models through AI- and data-driven innovation. We are looking for an Operations professional in Singapore to oversee fund onboarding and day-to-day operational activities.

The role involves managing the end-to-end operational process, coordinating with fund administrators, custodians, counterparties, and internal investment teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and control across all portfolios.

The ideal candidate will take an active role in refining Accupit's operational framework and supporting its growth into a regional platform. This position offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to cross-border operations, and the opportunity to develop into a key contributor as the firm expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fund onboarding processes, including fund structure design, documentation, coordination with service providers, and operational readiness.

  • Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure operational readiness for fund launch.

  • Execute daily trade settlement, NAV calculation, reconciliation, and fund accounting coordination including management fees, performance fees and fund expenses.

  • Assist onboarding of investors, ensuring KYC/AML documentation complies with MAS guidelines.

  • Coordinate investor communications, including investor reports, internal records, and operational documentation, while maintaining high standards of data confidentiality and investor servicing.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc research and preparation of materials for investment and operations.

  • Work closely with portfolio managers to ensure accurate investment and to provide a high level of service to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in asset management or portfolio management.

  • Currently appointed as an LFMC Representative by MAS.

  • Strong understanding of MAS regulations, the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), and related regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience liaising with administrators, custodians, auditors, and compliance advisors. · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under problem-solving conditions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields.

  • Genuine interest in AI-driven innovation will be highly regarded.
