As the Head of the Industrial Park Planning, you will assist the CEO of the company to oversea the overall planning of a new semiconductor industrial park. Job scope includes:

-Developing the master plans that consider zoning, plot ratios, and the Gross Floor Area (GFA) to accommodate evolving user needs and integrate industrial areas with community needs.

-Planning to bring working, housing, and living spaces closer together to foster harmonious coexistence and a cohesive urban fabric.

If you have expreince in government agencies for Urban Plan, we would like to talk to you very much. We are looking for more than 10 years of related expreince in this field.

We are providing this opportunity for you to start a big project from zero to the end, which could be a shining accoplishment in your career record. Salary package can be adjusted based on your expereince.

This job will need to travel to China often. Also need to speak baisc Chinese.
