In 2016, we set up China Re Singapore Branch with the approval of a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Our office is located within Raffles Place, at CapitaGreen on Market Street. Currently, we are writing both life and general business in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, we are seeking to fill the following position in our Singapore team. It is a contract role for maternity cover, starting 1 January 2026 for a minimum of 6 months - subject to another 6-month extension.

Underwriting Admin Executive (Property Facultative) - 6 Months Contract

Responsibilties:

  • underwriting support Property / Engineering Facultative Class

  • perform system entries: SICS, RMS and UOL. Ensure data verification, integrity & accuracy

  • administrative support and any ad hoc work

  • other underwriting matters affecting or related to accounts within the portfolio

Qualifications :

  • relevant experience in Facultative RI business process, either underwriting or broking

  • GCE A level, diploma or equivalent education

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills

  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Team player with attention to detail

  • Salary will be commensurate with experience
