Job Description:
Primarily responsible for supporting arrangement and planning of international education and training programs between Japan and Singapore, as well as assisting in the administrative operations of the university's Singapore Global Campus Preparation Office.
- Provide support for student training programs conducted by this university in Singapore.
- Assist in implementing training programs in Japan for undergraduate and graduate students from Singaporean higher education and research institutions hosted by this university.
- Support student training programs in Singapore commissioned by Japanese universities and other institutions.
- Provide administrative assistance for the operations of this university's Singapore Global Campus Preparation Office.
Job Requirements:
- Degree and above preferred (Negotiable if Diploma)
- Ability to perform the duties, passion, commitment, and the ability to work cooperatively
- Interested in planning and arranging such programs
- Japanese language skill is required to communicate with the University in Japan
- Able to complete the contract period
