Singapore APEX PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the creative aspect of projects and making key decisions during the project.
  • Function as the project lead and principal point of contact for clients on all involved projects.
  • Design graphics and edit videos, animations and digital media content for various online platforms.
  • Digital graphics designs for events, posters, banners, prints and website.
  • To do 3D design mock ups for event projects and pre visualization efforts.
  • Work with the other department teams to propose creative direction and concepts.
  • Guiding the direction of creative projects and communicating a vision to team members.
  • Manage, develop and execute design works, creative ideas and concepts.
  • Lead and manage the Company's creatives & design team, inspiring existing and new employees to achieve high performance.
  • Handle 3D designs and rendering, video edits, digital art, user experience (UX) design, graphic design and production design.
  • Monitor closely the quality of digital assets and creative output
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage team members by offering guidance, delegating tasks effectively, fostering a positive environment, resolving conflicts, and providing performance feedback to ensure successful business growth.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Digital Media / Arts / Design / Visual Communications or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in relevant design field.
  • Have sufficient leadership experience.
  • Good knowledge of related software skills in After Effects, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Premier Pro, Blender, Maya etc.
  • Good knowledge in video editing, animation and graphic design.
  • Ability to conceptualize and create design content.
  • Looking to grow into management position in future.
  • Possesses strong project management skills as some projects have tight deadlines.
