Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research assistant. The role will focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of high-speed nano-devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Theoretical investigation and design of innovative light emitting components.

  • Experimental characterization, simulation, and analysis of micro and nano light emitting devices.

  • Providing general research support to i-.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field

  • Familiarity with micro and nano device fabrication and characterization

  • Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular electromagnetics theory and numerical techniques

  • Good written and oral communication skills
