Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirements analysis and technical research for projects; design and deliver specifications, system architecture, and testing strategies; and draft related technical documentation.
  • Set up development environments and be responsible for full-cycle backend development, including module implementation, debugging, testing, bug fixing, and feature validation, ensuring on-time delivery and high product quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on the team.
  • Participate actively in a SCRUM development team, collaborating closely with cross-functional members.
  • Engage in code reviews and refactoring efforts; address complex technical challenges such as performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, architectural upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience (academic requirement may be relaxed for exceptional candidates).
  • At least 4 years of Java development experience; prior experience in team leadership is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and MyBatis, with a solid understanding of their underlying principles.
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Familiar with Docker, capable of deploying applications in containerized environments and understanding core container concepts.
  • Experience across multiple programming languages, platforms, or database systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience in open-source projects or an active GitHub profile is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of software design processes and engineering standards; able to write clear, maintainable design and technical documentation.
  • Able to independently handle full development and deployment processes with high efficiency and quality; proactively contribute to product planning and system design.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in resolving key challenges in projects.
  • Capable of analyzing application performance in different environments and making optimization decisions accordingly.
