The Planning Engineer, you will assist the Technical / Planning Manager in all technical and planning matters, ensuring that the construction planning works can be executed according to design, schedule, required quality standards and specifications. You are responsible to support the tender delivery through detailed planning, compliance monitoring across various disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • To work with C&S consultants to develop a structural scheme for buildings
  • To work with C&S consultant to prepare temporary works design for construction planning
  • To carry out engineering design according to Eurocodes, relevant international design codes and Singapore Standards
  • To plan a detailed construction methodology, sequencing, required resources and project quality plan for tender technical submission
  • To prepare a micro scheduling with other trades / disciplines and Master program for submission
  • To collaborate with Tender QS team for costing purposes
  • Provide technical advice to team members/colleagues in supporting or leading roles and embrace a culture that values teamwork

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (local consultancy or general contractor).
  • Experience in tender preparation (ERSS Plan, Site Utilization Plan, methodology, sequencing, programming, Architectural, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with codes of practice and authority submission procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
