Are you organised, people-focused, and genuinely passionate about supporting mothers and families? Mother & Child is looking for a Client Experience Executive to join our front desk team — someone with presence, initiative, and the desire to grow with us long-term.

This role is the heartbeat of our space — you're not just answering phones or booking classes. You're the steady, welcoming face that helps hold up an entire ecosystem of care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients — in person, by phone, and via email
  • Manage class bookings, appointments, and payments using Plato (training provided)
  • Confirm attendance, manage scheduling changes, and follow up with care
  • Support website content updates (Squarespace) and basic admin tasks
  • Prepare consultation rooms before sessions and tidy up after
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming retail space and receive stock deliveries
  • Liaise with educators to ensure class coverage
  • Secure the clinic at end of each day

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Includes a 1-hour lunch break
