**Job Title: Client Services Executive**

**Location**: Singapore

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Services Executive to join our team. You will serve as the main contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and support during their interaction with our company. You will collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs, resolve concerns, and guarantee their satisfaction. Furthermore, you will work with internal teams to provide top-notch solutions and surpass client expectations.

**Job Descriptions**:
1. Be the primary contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring consistent communication.

2. To ensure alignment with company offerings and services, understand clients' needs, objectives, and expectations.

3. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to meet client needs.

4. Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly, offering effective solutions.

5. Regularly review client accounts to gauge satisfaction, find areas for enhancement, and offer additional services.

6. Develop and implement strategies with cross-functional teams for client retention and growth.

7. Create and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients, emphasizing key insights, achievements, and recommendations.

8. Keep informed on industry trends, best practices, and competition to offer knowledgeable advice and support to clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Client services, account management, or similar role with at least 2 years of experience
- Skilled in communication and building trust
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Experienced in managing multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction
- Collaborative team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
