Job Title: General Assistant (Marketing & Video Support) Job Scope & Responsibilities Marketing Support Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline). Create and manage basic content for social media (captions, graphics, short clips). Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to comments/messages.

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Help prepare marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, and reports. Support event coordination, including logistics, setup, and documentation.

Video Production & Editing SupportAssist in video recording sessions (camera setup, lighting, equipment handling). Organize and manage video files and assets. Perform basic video editing (cutting, trimming, adding subtitles, graphics).

Assist in preparing video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with creative/production team for smooth workflow and deadlines. Administrative & General TasksMaintain records of marketing materials, video assets, and project files.

Liaise with vendors, freelancers, or clients when required. Support the marketing team with ad-hoc duties. Requirements (optional to include) Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Able to multitask and support in both creative and administrative tasks.
