  • Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on our menu items.
  • Ensure a pleasant dining experience by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously.

  • Operational Duties:

  • Food Preparation & Service: Assist in basic food and beverage preparation, and serve orders accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Cashiering: Handle cash and card transactions, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Stock Management: Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and service counter, in compliance with all Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.

  • Teamwork & Communication:

  • Work effectively with all team members, from the kitchen staff to fellow crew members, to ensure efficient service.

  • Communicate clearly with your supervisors about any issues or customer feedback.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall success of the outlet.
Qualifications

  • Experience:

  • No prior experience is required, but a background in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

  • Experience with POS systems is an advantage.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • A strong commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and during peak hours.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to work shifts。

  • Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
