F&B Crew (General) Job Scope::

  • Assist in daily restaurant operations including customer service, order taking, and food serving
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers

Commis Chef (Cakes) Job Scope::

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of desserts, cakes, pastries, and confections, following company recipes and quality standards.
  • Accurately measure and mix ingredients for daily production, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Operate baking equipment and tools safely and effectively while maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation.
  • Handle and store ingredients properly, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to complete all assigned orders and perform additional tasks as directed by the Head Chef.

Bartender Job Scope::

  • Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed

Sous Chef (Chinese Cuisine) Job Scope::

  • Create and adjust menus to ensure nutritional balance and variety, including adapting recipes for dietary needs or last-minute changes. Maintain proper documentation of all recipes and preparation steps.
  • Supervise food preparation, presentation, and consistency, especially in the absence of the Head Chef. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and equipment before each shift.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, oversee daily operations, and enforce hygiene standards such as proper attire and food handling procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely ordering of ingredients, and oversee proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, holding staff accountable for negligence.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to handle urgent orders or delivery changes. Address operational issues promptly and ensure responsible attendance and compliance with kitchen policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience preferred (minimum 1–3 years for Bartender/Commis Chef/ Sous Chef roles)
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • For Sous Chef, experience in Chinese cuisine is required
  • For Kitchen Assistant, experience in baking or cake handling is an advantage
  • Bartending certification is a plus for the Bartender role
  • For Commis Chef, skilled in cake icing and decoration using piping tools and other decorating methods.
