Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for daily inspection and routine maintenance of store computers, networks, surveillance systems, and server equipment
  • Ensure network stability and availability at business locations
  • Maintain and quickly troubleshoot audiovisual systems, including sound systems, lighting, and display equipment
  • Maintain the stable operation of information systems such as the song selection system, membership management system, and POS (cashier) system; promptly handle system faults and data anomalies
  • Responsible for system data backup, restoration, and security management to ensure data integrity and safety; prevent data breaches and loss

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of relevant IT work experience
  • Familiar with Mandarin as you are required to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities; able to quickly adapt to new technologies and work environments
