Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically strong and solutions-driven professional with 3–5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in web technologies, Java, and .NET, along with exposure to solution/data architecture and low-code platforms.

A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work across teams are essential. Experience or certifications in cloud technologies (especially AWS or Google Cloud) and a keen interest in AI/ML will be a strong advantage.

Job description:

• Plan and develop mid- to long-term IT architectural strategies to support evolving business needs and future digital transformation roadmaps

• Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide Application and Technical Architectures, ensuring alignment with government or organizational standards, and planning for technology adoption, obsolescence, and standardization

• Define and establish the technical architecture framework for all IT-related projects, providing leadership and guidance to ensure consistency and quality

• Lead the technical design and development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives to explore and validate innovative solutions

• Provide technical oversight of operational and infrastructure systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security

• Work closely with business teams to analyze strategies and offer technically sound recommendations that align with and enhance overall business objectives

Job Requirement:

• 3-5 years of relevant technical working experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions

• Experience in various IT technologies, standards, and languages, in particular web technologies, web services, Java, and .Net.

• Experience in solution/data architecture would be a plus

• Experience in designing systems in low-code platforms would be a plus

• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and methodologies

• Strong technical knowledge with an enterprise perspective

• Preferably have knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies particularly on Amazon Web Services.

• AWS/Google cloud certifications will be an added advantage e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Google Certified - Cloud Architect

• Strong analytical capability, able to pick up new skills and domains quickly

• Able to communicate with all levels and a good team player

• Able to see both the bigger picture as well as go into details when necessary
