Job summary:
  • Flexible hours available
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,200 per month


• Job Responsibilities:


• Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen


• Assist Chefs in the Kitchen Operations.


• Assist in food preparation and strictly follow the recipes provided.


• Assist in packing of food


• Monitor the inventory level of ingredients and notify the Executive Chef when stock level is low.


• Defrost and cut poultry, beef and other meat items.


• Anticipate the following day's supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients.


• Responsible for washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking of foods.


• To perform other duties as assigned


• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements


• Job Requirements:


• Able to commit on weekends and public holiday


• Working hours: 6 days work week
