The Role:

As an Aircraft Engine Technician specializing in Component Repair, you will be part of a skilled team responsible for the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of aero engine modules and components. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Disassemble and assemble engine modules for repair and overhaul according to OEM standards
  • Install engine components and parts with precision and care
  • Conduct troubleshooting, modifications, and maintenance tasks on aero engines
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on engine modules and components
  • Support Engineering and Quality teams during workscope investigations
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Use appropriate tools and equipment for all tasks
  • Continuously learn and acquire new skills to enhance performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by team leads or supervisors
What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual with a passion for aviation maintenance. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in engine build, strip, and component repair
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Familiarity with OEM work instructions and inspection standards
  • Strong understanding of visual and dimensional inspection techniques
  • Good communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in aerospace or mechanical engineering
