What you'll be doing?- Coordinate Project Documentation: Update, prepare, and coordinate the endorsement of warranties for projects, ensuring all documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Client Assessment: Manage and follow up on Track Record and Client Assessment Forms, ensuring all client information is up-to-date.
- Materials Management: Check and monitor monthly materials reports, ensuring all materials are accounted for and delivered as needed.
- Worker Welfare: Monitor and control the flow of workers, including drivers, and ensure their welfare, including work permits and biodata, is managed effectively.
- General Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks within the department, providing support where needed.
- Safety Compliance: Be aware of and follow Occupational Health and Safety policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Education: "O" Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma and above
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative and clerical work in the construction industry is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. PC literate with knowledge in MS Office.
