Looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics and administration? Join our client, a well-established security company in Singapore, and learn how real operations run behind the scenes. This internship offers valuable exposure to logistics coordination, inventory management, and office administration within a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in inventory tracking, stock-taking, and logistics record updates
  • Support order processing, delivery scheduling, and coordination
  • Prepare and manage logistics documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and stock lists
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, report preparation, and purchase requests
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
