Manager / Team Leader – IC Design

You will manage IC design activities including RTL design, verification, synthesis, STA, DFT/ATPG, ECO, FPGA prototyping, and tape-out support. The role involves planning project schedules, defining technical specifications, performing feasibility studies, leading design reviews, and ensuring design quality and performance.

You will oversee project execution, documentation, and integration, working closely with cross-functional teams such as QA, production, and system engineering. Responsibilities also include supporting failure analysis, customer design-in, and system validation, as well as managing third-party vendors or design houses when required.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong in both front-end and back-end IC design, with excellent leadership and project management skills to guide the team toward successful product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Master's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience in IC design, with at least 5 years in team leadership or management.
  • Proven track record from design to silicon production.
  • Strong knowledge in RTL, verification, synthesis, STA, DFT/ATPG, ECO, FPGA, and design reviews.
  • Experience in wired/wireless connectivity technologies (USB, Power Delivery, Audio, I2C/I2S) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
