Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
- Position Title: Logistics Planner
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Tue – Fri 8.00am – 5.30pm, Sat 8am-3pm)
- Salary Package: Salary $2,500 + Performance Bonus + Medical $380/year
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders.
- Review and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Support the logistics team in handling urgent requests or unexpected changes in schedules.

- Good knowledge in MS Office and logistics software.
