Coordinate with SRC for pick and packing
- Coordinate with affiliate / APL CS, SRC, freight forwarder to arrange shipment
- Execute shipment plan published by planner bi-weekly
- Escalate when unable to ship per plan
- Monitoring of PO RDD dates and ship accordingly to stated RDD, escalate when unable to meet shipment date due to logistics issues / processing issues, etc
- Coordinate with IC CS and APL CS to close off residual order quantities
- Coordinate with APL on change in shipment requirements (at the point of shipment)
- Archival of shipping records on sharepoint - PL, Invoice (ASM, GTS), AWB/SWB, shipping permit, COO, CoA
